Sara Aultman

Sara Aultman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and urban planning. Currently serving as Director of Business Intelligence Analytics for both Property & Casualty and Bank divisions at USAA since February 2016, Sara provides critical insights and support for various financial products. Prior roles include managing Lean Six Sigma projects and serving as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of San Antonio, where Sara led projects focused on transportation efficiency and asset management. Previous experience includes managing a grant program for Minnesota’s Metropolitan Planning Organizations and conducting research at the University of Minnesota on property appreciation along transportation corridors. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech in Environmental Policy and Planning and Public and Urban Affairs.
