Scott Howard

Scott Howard is an experienced professional in the field of credit risk management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at USAA since July 2012, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Executive Director, Director of Quantitative Risk Management, and Credit Risk Manager. Prior to joining USAA, Scott worked at First National Bank of Omaha from May 2008 to July 2012, holding positions including Senior Statistical Analyst and Portfolio Risk Analyst, and completed a Credit Risk Policy Internship at the same institution in 2007. Scott holds a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Brigham Young University, where studies were pursued from 2000 to 2008.
