Scott Toohey

Scott Toohey is currently the Government & Industry Relations Director at USAA, managing engagements and representing the organization across California, Washington, and Oregon. With over 12 years of experience at Farmers Insurance, they have held various roles, including Agile Coach and Project Manager, where they focused on driving team accountability and enhancing business outcomes through agile methodologies. Scott previously served as a Senior Orientation Leader at UC San Diego and completed internships with the California State Assembly and Zurich Insurance Company. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science-International Relations and a program in Intensive Chinese Language at National Taiwan Normal University.
