Seemit Sheth

Seemit Sheth is an experienced leader in the fields of modeling and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of Modeling & Machine Learning in Executive Management at USAA since June 2020. Prior to this role, Seemit held the position of Head of Data Science for Financial Services at Capital One from May 2001 to June 2020 and worked as a Research Biostatistician at Eastern Virginia Medical School from May 2000 to May 2001. Seemit has a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and has participated in the MS/PhD program in Statistics at Old Dominion University, along with education from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
