Sempra Johnson, JD, MBA, is a FinTech product leader specializing in payments, credit cards, and loyalty. Currently serving as Product Management Director at USAA, they develop strategies for credit card acquisition and member-centric product commercialization, with a focus on Buy Now Pay Later offerings. Sempra has a rich background in operations and fraud prevention, having held pivotal roles at GTE FCU, PSCU, and Bay Gulf Credit Union.
