Serhat Guven is the Vice President of Actuary - Pricing and Product Analytics at USAA, a position held since 2024. In this role, Serhat oversees the strategic vision and implementation of pricing strategies for USAA's personal lines of business. Previously, Serhat worked at Willis Towers Watson from 2021 to 2024 as Managing Director, focusing on innovation and consulting in personal lines insurance. Prior to that, Serhat was a Senior Consultant at EMB America LLC from 2004 to 2011 and served as an Associate Actuary at USAA from 1996 to 2004. Serhat earned a BS in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin from 1991 to 1995.
