Shaqir Dabulla

Shaqir Dabulla is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fraud investigation, sales, and management. Currently serving as a Fraud Investigator at USAA since August 2024, Shaqir previously held the same position at BM Technologies, Inc. from February 2022 to August 2024. Prior to that, experience includes roles as a Branch Sales & Service Representative at PNC and a Senior Sales Manager at Raiffeisen Leasing Albania. Shaqir began a career in management and sales with positions at Spirit Travel & Tours and CREDINS bank, and gained foundational skills as a Sales Representative and Office Manager at Raiffeisen Leasing sha Albania and BZMF, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the Agriculture University of Tirana and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Journalism "Faik Konica" Pristina.
