Sherri Harrelson, CPTD, has extensive experience in instructional design and learning performance consulting, currently serving as Lead Learning Performance Consultant at USAA since June 2019, following roles as Senior Learning Performance Consultant and Senior Instructional Designer. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Instructional Designer at UnitedHealth Group from October 2016 to June 2019 and as an Instructional Designer at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from July 2014 to October 2016. Sherri holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Boise State University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (2008-2010).
