Sonya Whitlow

Sonya Whitlow, CPCU, AIC, AINS, boasts extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Manager of Property Claim Field Operations at USAA since August 2018, after previously working as a Property Field Adjuster. Prior to joining USAA, Sonya Whitlow spent over 24 years at State Farm in multiple roles, including Enterprise Property Claims Trainer, where exceptional technical and communication skills were recognized. Responsibilities included investigating and settling first-party property claims, consulting with various professionals for claim evaluations, and facilitating the transition to a paperless environment through digital imaging processes. Sonya Whitlow holds a Bachelor of Administration Degree in Business Management from Brenau University.
