Spero Constantine is an experienced professional with a robust background in marketing and operations management. Currently serving as a Contact Center Operations Manager at USAA since May 2017, Spero previously held key marketing positions at Hawaiian Telcom, Sprint, EMBARQ, and Sprint Nextel, where responsibilities ranged from leading marketing strategy development to managing profitable partner relationships and sales teams. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Marketing Emphasis from The University of Texas at Dallas and additional education from Southern Methodist University, Spero has consistently focused on driving results and maximizing business performance throughout a career that spans over three decades.
