Stacy Kleeberg

Stacy Kleeberg is an Executive Director of P&C Risk Management at USAA, where they oversee operational risk management and the second line of defense. With a decade of experience in property and casualty insurance, Stacy has a strong focus on leadership, program maturation, and strategic influence across all levels of the organization. Beginning their career as a Compliance Advisor in 2014, Stacy has steadily advanced through various roles, most notably leading risk management programs within the P&C Business Risk & Controls team. Stacy holds a B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance at Florida State University.
