Stacy Roberts

Stacy Roberts, MBA, is currently a Quality Assurance Manager at USAA, a role they have held since 2019, where they manage a team ensuring compliance with various regulatory laws for banking products. Prior to this, Stacy served as a Supervisor at NCO Financial Systems in 2012, overseeing a team and handling payroll and training.
