Currently serving as the Executive Director of Credit Card and Payment Operations at USAA, Stephanie oversees the delivery of customer-centric solutions for the military community. With expertise in agile methodologies and change management, Stephanie has led initiatives that improved user retention and reduced operational costs. Stephanie also founded and operated Garden Heights Weddings and Events from 2009 to 2013, showcasing a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
