Stephen Sherrard

Stephen Sherrard currently serves as a Business Process Owner at USAA in Tampa, FL, a position they have held since 2015. They began their journey at USAA through the claims internship program and have since progressed to roles including Manager of Claims Operations and Training Specialist. Stephen earned both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The University of Tampa, recognized among the top 10 business schools in the country by the Princeton Review. They also hold a HAAG Engineering Certified Reviewer Level 1 certification and have been acknowledged by Florida Governor Rick Scott for their contributions to USAA. Outside of work, Stephen is actively involved in various volunteer programs and enjoys outdoor activities with their fiancé and their Australian Shepherd dog.
