Steve Convery

Steve Convery is currently the Business Strategy and Planning Director at USAA, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Convery garnered significant leadership experience in the US Army, serving as a Black Hawk Assault Helicopter Company Commander, as well as in various other command roles. Prior to their role at USAA, Convery was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2022 to 2024. They earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2011.
