Steve Dallas

Steve Dallas is an IT Lead Software Developer and Integrator at USAA, where they have been instrumental in overseeing technical solutions for the Bank business unit using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) methodologies since 2009. With prior experience as an IT Manager and Program Analyst, they contributed significantly to project oversight and strategy alignment in various roles. Steve's background also includes a tenure at IBM as an Internet Consultant and a leadership position at The Cobalt Group, managing a team in the development of a B2B Extranet application. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from New Mexico State University.
