Steve McDonald

Steve McDonald, MBA, is currently the Director of Business Strategy and Planning at USAA, where they have held multiple executive roles since 2017. Prior to this, Steve served in various leadership positions within the U.S. Air Force, including Command Chief at the Air Combat Command and multiple commands in the Pacific region. They earned a Bachelor of Occupational Education in Management Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration from Trident University International. Steve retired from the Air Force in 2017 after a distinguished career.
