Steve McKenna

Steve McKenna is the Director and Business Architecture Practice Lead at USAA, where they manage a team focused on achieving strategic objectives through target state design and Capability-based planning. With over 15 years of experience across various roles in change management, Steve has contributed to both innovative and continuous improvement initiatives, including the development of the award-winning Unified Architecture concept. They began their career as a Strategic Marketing Manager at BBS Telecom and have held multiple positions within USAA, including Director of Operations Support and Director of Business Architecture. Steve earned a BS in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida State University and a Master of Professional Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business.
