Stuart Bankey

Stuart Bankey, MBA, currently serves as the Agile Product Owner Lead for the Open Banking platform at USAA since June 2017, overseeing integration efforts for third-party applications utilizing the Open Banking API. Prior to USAA, Stuart held various roles at Rackspace from October 2006 to February 2017, including Manager of Community Management, where Stuart facilitated customer engagement in community channels, and Account Manager Operations Lead, responsible for streamlining operations to enhance customer experiences. Stuart also worked as a Cloud Account Manager and Sr. Enterprise Account Manager, managing significant portfolios and improving customer satisfaction. Stuart holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution.
