Stuart Rogers

Stuart Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, business strategy, and marketing within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Director of Product Development at USAA since March 2019, Stuart has successfully led initiatives for modernizing product execution and implemented strategies that significantly accelerated roadmap achievements. Previous roles include Business Strategy & Planning Director and Product Development Director at USAA, where Stuart streamlined processes and developed comprehensive product visions. Prior experience includes leadership positions at American Family Insurance and Nationwide Insurance, where Stuart demonstrated a consistent ability to align business objectives with marketing strategies and manage multi-functional teams effectively. Stuart holds a Bachelor's degree in Math and Economics from Indiana State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with additional certifications in management.
