Sung Mayerhofer

Sung Mayerhofer is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Executive - Vice President of Audit Services at USAA since 2022, Mayerhofer previously held leadership roles at Root Inc. as Vice President and Chief Internal Auditor, and at Lincoln Benefit Life as Head of Internal Audit for North America. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Global Audit at Zurich North America and Director of Advisory Services at KPMG US, where Mayerhofer led significant audit engagements and risk initiatives across multiple global regions. Mayerhofer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
