Susan Schott

Susan Schott is a seasoned Director of Infrastructure Product Management with over 20 years of program and project management experience. They possess extensive knowledge of agile methodologies and have effectively collaborated with Enterprise IT executives, stakeholders, and vendors. At USAA, Susan served as Lead IT Program/Project Manager and Release Train Engineer, managing high-budget programs and cross-organizational teams while ensuring successful project implementations. They also hold an MBA from St. Mary's University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems at The University of Alabama.
