Swanner Jeff boasts over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, with a notable career at USAA since October 1999, where roles have included Vice President of Property & Casualty Development, Vice President of Underwriting Innovation & Development, Assistant Vice President of Underwriting Policy & Portfolio, and Assistant Vice President of Underwriting Operations. Prior to USAA, Swanner Jeff was with Hanover Insurance Company from June 1990 to October 1999, serving as Executive Director of Underwriting & Marketing for the Southern and Midwest Regions and Director of Underwriting for the Northeast Region.
