Tara Leweling PhD, NACD.DC has an extensive background in various leadership roles, spanning from working in the United States Air Force to holding executive positions in companies like JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Allstate. With a solid educational foundation, including a PhD in Information Science, Tara has demonstrated expertise in areas such as diversity, sustainability, international relations, and systems engineering. Currently, Tara serves as the Chief Diversity and Sustainability Officer at USAA, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.
