Thomas M. Harper

Thomas M. Harper, MBA, MHR, PMP, SPHR, is currently a Senior Innovation Advisor at USAA, where they focus on enhancing company performance through employee innovation. Previously, Thomas held various roles at USAA, including Program/Project Manager and HR Intern, where they supported HR initiatives and gained experience in data and analytics. They also managed departments and implemented change initiatives at Millcreek Metals Recycling and Salvage, resulting in significant cost savings. Thomas earned a BA in Communications and Advertising from Brigham Young University - Idaho, as well as a Master's in Human Resources and an MBA from Utah State University.
