Tim Manning

Tim Manning, CFE, is a Senior Investigator for the Bank Internal Fraud Program at USAA Federal Savings Bank. They have extensive experience in investigations, having served as an Investigations Manager in the Anti-Money Laundering Unit at USAA from 2015 to 2019, and as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations from 1991 to 2007. Tim's past roles include Superintendent of the AFOSI Field Investigations Squadron and Fraud Program Manager at the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. They hold a Master's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from Bellevue University.
