Todd Cavin, PMP, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in Human Resources, Operations Management, and Project/Program Management. They served in the United States Air Force as an Operations Manager from 1996 to 2016, where they led teams and managed projects that supported international air and missile defense operations. Currently, Todd works as a Senior Performance Consultant and Senior Business Advisor at USAA, where they develop and implement business solutions to optimize operational performance. Todd holds a Master’s of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Angelo State University.
