Tom Briscoe

Tom Briscoe currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Samford University, teaching UX Design Principles and Digital Foundations since August 2022. In addition, Tom holds the position of UX Design Director at USAA, where leadership of a remote team focuses on enhancing the bank's public website through collaboration with various stakeholders within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Prior experience includes working as a User Experience Architect at Regions Bank, where Tom led an interdisciplinary team and established UX processes, and a long tenure at BBVA in the USA, where roles included Agile Coach, User Experience Design Director, and Web Manager, emphasizing UX leadership and Agile transformation. Tom Briscoe earned a B.S. in Graphic Design from Samford University.
