Tom Buckingham

Tom Buckingham has over 35 years of experience in technology and risk management, specializing in enterprise security and fraud systems. Currently, Tom serves as Chief Architect Tech Fellow at USAA, focusing on enterprise security and fraud systems, with prior roles including AVP for application architecture across multiple sectors. Tom's experience includes leadership positions at GE Consumer Finance as Fraud Strategy Leader, at Ecount as Director of Risk Management, and at American Express as Director of Global Fraud Risk Management. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a degree from Illinois State University.
