Tom Durst

Tom Durst currently serves as the Director of Fraud Governance in Bank Fraud Operations at USAA since November 2021. Previously, Tom held positions at Wells Fargo as a Vice President and Compliance Officer for the UDAAP Program Office, as well as Compliance Testing Associate. Tom's earlier experiences include roles at HSBC in Compliance Testing and as an Operational Quality and Process Measurement Officer. At J.P. Morgan, Tom worked as a Compliance Officer for Global Corporate Functions Compliance and as an Assistant Vice President for Collateral Risk Management. Tom earned a Master of Science in Investment Management from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University.
