Tom Unruh

Tom Unruh, PE, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering Design Construction - Project Delivery at USAA since October 2017, Tom previously held the position of Regional Project Executive at Harrison, Walker & Harper from February 2016 to October 2017. Prior experience includes an executive role at University Health System from April 2013 to January 2016, where Tom oversaw facilities and contract administration for one of Bexar County's largest employers. Tom's career began at USAA as a Facilities Engineer and Project Specialist from January 2006 to May 2009, followed by a role as Design Project Manager at ECC until April 2013. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA focused on Project Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
