Trent Wilcox is a Business Process Consultant at USAA, where they lead strategic initiatives in operating model redesign and Agile transformation. With a distinguished background as a Marine Corps Veteran, Trent served as a Suicide Prevention Master Trainer and Combat Marksmanship Coach, among other roles. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security & Emergency Management from Ashford University and a Master's degree in Legal Studies with a focus on Risk Management and Compliance from Texas A&M University School of Law.
