Troy Robinson

Troy Robinson currently serves as an Information Technology Specialist III at USAA, having progressed from Information Technology Specialist II and Financial Foundations Senior Specialist since September 2014. In this role, Troy applies knowledge of products, services, and processes to assist members through life events, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Prior experience includes working as a Retail Consultant at Sprint, where Troy focused on selling products and training new hires, and serving as Store Team Lead at Walgreens, managing store operations, inventory, and vendor relations. An early career included a position as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground.
