Vance Kreider

Vance Kreider, PMP, CSM, is a passionate program and project management professional with extensive experience in delivering portfolios and projects on budget while ensuring reporting transparency. They transformed Project Management Offices and software development departments across several organizations, implementing Agile methodologies and automating project management functions. Vance has held key roles at USAA, Lockheed Martin/NASA, CPS Energy, and Argo Group, where they managed significant portfolios and developed effective financial and resource management practices. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Northern Arizona University.
