Vicki Miller

Vicki Miller, CRCM, is the Director of Compliance Risk Management at USAA, where they focus on overseeing compliance risk management strategies. Previously, Vicki served as SVP and Chief Compliance Officer at Gateway Mortgage Group, where they led compliance policy implementation and managed regulatory examinations. With a strong foundation in compliance and risk management, they have held roles at organizations such as Stearns Lending and Bank of America, emphasizing regulatory adherence and compliance training. Vicki earned a BS in Chemistry from the University of South Alabama and is currently enrolled in the ABA National Compliance School, specializing in Banking and Lending Compliance.
