Weisong He

Weisong Weisong is a Model Risk Management and AI Governance Professional at USAA, where they have provided compliance guidance on model development and implementation since 2021. With over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, Weisong previously worked as a Data Scientist at Allstate from 2017 to 2021, where they developed significant models for operational efficiency and contributed to pricing optimization. Before that, Weisong served as a Research Statistician at Grange Insurance (2011-2017), focusing on advanced modeling techniques for personal and commercial lines. Weisong began their career as a Statistical Analyst at Fiserv from 2008 to 2011, where they improved fraud detection efficiencies. They are currently pursuing dual Master’s degrees in Statistics and Nutritional Science, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
