William Rendall

William Rendall, M.A. in Management and Organizational Leadership, serves as the Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Lead at USAA. With over 15 years of leadership in risk management and a distinguished 24-year career in security and law enforcement, Rendall has directed significant operations within the United States Air Force, including managing complex incident responses and leading corporate award-winning teams. An accomplished educator, Rendall holds multiple degrees from American Military University, including an M.A. in Management and a B.A. in Criminal Justice, and has completed advanced leadership training at the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy.
