Wilson Tyler

Wilson Tyler is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director/Director of Contact Center at USAA, a position held since 2004. They previously held various roles at USAA from 1993 to 2001 and worked as a Partner at The Irwine Tyler Group from 2001 to 2003. Wilson began their career as a Senior Staff Auditor at Ernst & Young (1989-1993) and served as an Internal Auditor at SBC (2003-2004). They earned an MBA in Business from the University of the Incarnate Word and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University, and currently pursue further education at the Graduate School of Retail Banking Management.
