Michael Moroney has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career at Unum in 1986, where they worked as an Underwriter and later transitioned into the role of Sales Representative. In 2001, they joined Genworth Financial as a Regional Sales Director and eventually became the Vice President of Sales Operations. In 2008, they started working at USAble Life as a Sales Director, responsible for managing and leading sales relationships with multiple Blue Cross & Blue Shield companies. More recently, they held the position of Senior Director of Product Development, where they oversaw the product management team and managed various ancillary insurance products. In 2019, they took on the role of Senior Director of Sales Enablement at USAble Life.

Michael Moroney obtained a Chartered Life Underwriter degree from The American College of Financial Services in 1988. Michael also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Maine between 1982 and 1986. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt from GE in July 2006 and a Chartered Financial Consultant® degree from The American College of Financial Services in February 1990.
