Octavia Fuller

Octavia Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Octavia started their career in 2004 at L'Oreal, USA as a Credit Risk Analyst, where they provided advisory services to improve internal controls and promote compliance with financial reporting. In 2008, they joined USAble Life as a Business Analyst, overseeing business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs. Octavia then progressed to the role of Project Manager, leading high-impact projects and delivering business outcomes through collaboration and influence. Octavia later became a Manager of Product Development, spearheading the strategic direction of life and disability products. Their most recent role at USAble Life was as the Product Director, responsible for product development, filing, and implementation, as well as managing communication plans and regulatory agencies. Octavia currently holds the position of Director of Product Compliance at USAble Life, starting in January 2023.

Octavia Fuller has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business. Octavia obtained this degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2002. In 2003, they participated in a study abroad program at the University of Bedfordshire to further enhance their knowledge of International Business. Octavia returned to the University of Central Arkansas to complete their MBA program in the same year.
