Rick Hall, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rick currently serves as the Head of Information Technology Operations at USAble Life since 2017. Rick completed their MBA from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree with a Minor in Economics at Georgia Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1993. Rick's initial education journey began at Maynard High School, where they completed their high school education from 1983 to 1987.

Rick obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
