Ruth Harrison Fuller (she/her)

Ruth Harrison Fuller has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Ruth Harrison has held various customer success and management roles in technology companies, starting with their time at UsableNet as a Customer Success Manager from May 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they worked closely with strategic customers, driving adoption of UsableNet's products and services and aiding in company-wide deployments.

Afterward, Ruth joined AquaFold as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for implementing integration plans and managing client retention and expansion. Ruth Harrison worked to transform the software into the larger IDERA organization protocol.

Prior to that, Ruth worked at Contegix in two roles. First, as a Customer Engagement Specialist, they focused on enhancing the service level value add for existing clients and improving the onboarding process for new clients. Later, they served as a Technical Account Manager, acting as the liaison between customers and internal teams and working to improve support and customer processes.

Ruth also has experience in community engagement, serving as a Drupal Community Consultant where they helped organizations engage with the Drupal community and provided training and coordination. Additionally, they worked with the Drupal Association in various roles, including Strategic Program Development, Sponsor Fulfillment, and Marketing & Sales Coordinator.

Earlier in their career, Ruth worked as a Program Coordinator and Project Administrator at the Software Association of Oregon, providing event and administrative support. Ruth Harrison also worked as a Teacher at Brainfuse and Sylvan Learning Center and as a Phone Banking Coordinator for the Democratic Party of Oregon. Lastly, they worked as an AVID Tutor at Newport News Public Schools.

Throughout their work experience, Ruth has demonstrated skills in customer success, project management, relationship building, communication, and community engagement.

Ruth Harrison Fuller holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Christopher Newport University, which they completed in 2010. Prior to that, Ruth obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from the same university. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in Lucidchart Essentials from Lucid.
