Shannon Honeywell

Shannon Honeywell has a strong background in account management and customer service. Shannon recently joined UsableNet as a Senior Account Manager in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at WorkSmart IT from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing consultation on IT solutions. From 2017 to 2020, Shannon worked at Enterprise Fleet Management as an Account Manager, where they developed and implemented customized financial and operational strategy plans for clients. Before that, they worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2012 to 2017, where they started as a Branch Manager and later transitioned to the fleet division. At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Shannon focused on customer service, revenue growth, and employee development, establishing impactful relationships with local businesses.

Shannon Honeywell attended SUNY New Paltz from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Latin American and Caribbean Studies.
