Thomas Helms

Thomas Helms is an experienced contracts manager currently working at the USAF Acquisition Management and Integration Center since October 2021, following a tenure as a contract specialist with the U.S. Army Contracting Command from February 2015 to September 2021. Prior to this, Thomas served in various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, including as the Division Chief Enlisted Manager for the Headquarters Air Combat Command and as the Group Superintendent for the 86th Logistics Readiness Group in Germany. Throughout this career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in logistics, contract management, and team leadership, managing large teams and complex logistics programs while developing acquisition plans and policies. Thomas holds an MBA focused on Human Resources and Military Studies, alongside multiple degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and Trident University International.
