Tom Endres

Tom Endres is currently the Director of the Aging Network Volunteer Collaborative at n4a, where they create volunteer opportunities to address the growing need for aging services. Previously, Tom served as the Director of Community Service at AARP, and held the position of VP of Civic Engagement at NCOA, where they developed initiatives to mobilize older adults for community service. Additionally, Tom led policy and budget development for various programs at the Corporation for National and Community Service. They possess executive certification from the Federal Executive Leadership Institute and hold a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Susquehanna University.
