Traci Wilson has extensive work experience in research and analytics. Traci is currently the Director of Research at USAging. Previously, they worked as a Research Scholar and Research Associate at Miami University, focusing on the Aging Network and the role of aging and disability community-based organizations. Traci also worked as a Consultant at LogicalOutcomes and as the Principal and Founder of Beyond Analytics, LLC, where they provided development, research, and analytics services. Traci has also held positions at the University of Cambridge, Vitae, the University of Oxford, TNS Opinion, the European Parliament, and the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Throughout their career, Traci has utilized various research methodologies and data analysis techniques.

Traci Wilson holds an extensive education history, beginning with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French and International Management from Gustavus Adolphus College, which they completed in the years 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, between 2004 and 2006. Traci later embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) program in Politics at the prestigious University of Oxford, from 2009 to 2015.

USAging

USAging is the national association representing and supporting the network of Area Agencies on Aging and advocating for the Title VI Native American Aging Programs. Our members help older adults and people with disabilities throughout the United States live with optimal health, well-being, independence and dignity in their homes and communities and support their caregivers. USAging and our members work to improve the quality of life and health of older adults and people with disabilities, including supporting people with chronic illness, people living with dementia, family caregivers and others who want to age well at home and in the community. Together, we are ensuring that all people can age well. Our members are the local leaders that develop, coordinate and deliver a wide range of home and community-based services to support people to age well, including information and referral/assistance, case management, home-delivered and congregate meals, in-home services, caregiver supports, transportation, evidence-based health and wellness programs, long-term care ombudsman programs and more. USAging is dedicated to supporting the success of our members through advancing public policy, sparking innovation, strengthening the capacity of its members, raising their visibility and working to drive excellence in the fields of aging and home and community-based services.
