Melanie R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melanie started their career as a Sr. Management & Professional Liability and Bond Underwriter at Zurich North America from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they developed a profitable book of business through effective underwriting and cultivating collaborative agency relations.

Melanie then worked as a Sr. Mortgage Loan Specialist III at Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC from 2012 to 2014, where they demonstrated expertise in mortgage loan processing.
