Christine Prunier

Christine Prunier has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Christine is currently serving as the SVP of Culture at USALLIANCE Financial since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Nichols College and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Suffolk University starting in 2017. From 2019 to 2023, Christine held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at KLR. Before that, they served as the SVP/Chief Human Resources Officer at Century Bank from 2014 to 2019. Christine also worked as the VP/Director of Human Resources at UniBank for Savings from 2010 to 2014 and as the VP/Human Resources Manager at Millbury Federal Credit Union from 1995 to 2010. Christine's career in human resources began as a Human Resources Generalist at W.C.i.S/BankBoston from 1985 to 1995.

Christine Prunier's education history begins in 1997 when they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Nichols College. Christine then pursued further education and obtained a Certificate in Banking and Leadership from ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 2013. During the same period, they also earned a Wharton Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School. In 2016, Christine completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Nichols College, specializing in Organizational Leadership.

In addition to their formal education, Christine has acquired several certifications. In 1997, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Christine further enhanced their skills with the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015. Most recently, in 2018, Christine received the Strengthfinders Coach certification from Gallup. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup Global Strengths Coach and as a Predictive Index Analyst from The Predictive Index. Furthermore, Christine has completed the Professional Training Certificate Program at Bryant University Executive Development Center.
