Zembaba Ayalew

Zembaba Ayalew possesses extensive experience in project management and community development, highlighted by a current role at USALLIANCE Financial since December 2015, where significant capital was secured for growth projects through strategic proposals. Ayalew served as Interim CEO at Bethex Federal Credit Union during a period of regulatory conservatorship, managing all operational aspects of the institution. As an Economic & Community Development Consultant at ZAYALEW CONSULTING, expertise was applied to foster entrepreneurship and economic growth in underserved areas. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at MBIA and Portfolio Manager at Citigroup. Ayalew holds a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University and an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University.
