Eve W.

Eve W. has a strong work history in the tech industry, primarily with USAN, Inc. Eve started their career at USAN in 1999 as a Director of Product Development, where they led cross-functional teams and worked closely with clients on strategic product/project deployments. Eve held this role until 2005.

From 2005 to 2016, Eve served as a Director of Business Analysis at USAN, where they were chiefly responsible for helping clients discover and ideate solutions for their customer engagement requirements and ROI goals. Eve also provided technical and best practices advice to Fortune 100 clients in various industries such as banking, utilities, healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications.

In 2016, Eve was promoted to Senior Director of Business Analysis, where they continued to play a key role in driving client engagement and software design and development protocols. Eve held this position until 2021.

Most recently, in 2022, Eve was appointed as the Vice President of Business Analysis, UX & SWD PMO at USAN. In this role, they are responsible for leading the business analysis team and overseeing the user experience and software development project management office.

Eve W. began their education in 1987 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a field of study in Journalism. Eve attended this institution until 1990. Following this, they moved to The University of Texas at Pan American, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Eve completed their Bachelor's degree in this field in 1991. As for additional certifications, Eve W. obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in May 2023 from Amazon.
